Jill Hill is a partner with Biscom Communications. She has spent the past 25 years creating communications that educate, inspire, engage and motivate customers and employees.

She has worked with large companies like Aon Hewitt and Allstate, as well as mid-sized and growing companies like Integrated Project Management, Inc. and Transitions Financial. Earlier in her career, Jill was a public relations/marketing consultant with Hewitt. To each and every project, Jill brings experience, enthusiasm and efficiency.

Jill joined forces with Biscom Communications in 2014 to bring a marketing perspective to employee communications. Employees are, after all, every organization's best customers.

Jan Bucheit

Partner and Founder

Jan Bucheit is a partner and founder of Biscom Communications. She is a Certified Business Communicator (CBC) with a wealth of experience in employee, human resources and benefit communications.

With Biscom, Jan has consulted with a broad range of clients, including Ameristar Casinos, Aon Hewitt, Caterpillar, First Midwest Bank, Grant Thornton, HAVI Global Solutions, HUB International, KONE, Loyola, Littelfuse, Maytag, McDonalds, Molex, Motor Coach Industries, Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Sears, Sikich and Wirtz Insurance. Previously, she held corporate positions with Illinois Tool Works, AAR Corp. and Waste Management. Among her clients, Jan has earned a reputation for providing creative, custom communications within budget and on deadline.

Jan is an active member of WEB Network of Benefit Professionals and winner of communication awards from the International Association of Business Communicators, International Association of Audio Visual Communicators and New York Film Festivals.

Bernie Carrigan

Lead Designer

Bernie Carrigan is an experienced creative professional with a strong background in employee communications. She has a true talent for linking design with content to make the words come alive. Bernie is very detail oriented and effortlessly juggles an assortment of projects under tight deadlines. Working in Adobe Creative Cloud, she has designed logos, newsletters, brochures and posters. She also has extensive experience designing and producing interactive electronic media.

Over her more than 25 years as a designer, Bernie has worked with a wide variety of clients, including First Midwest Bank, HAVI Global Solutions, KONE, Miner Enterprises, Molex, The American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Relax & Breathe Therapeutic Massage, Principal Resource Group, Sikich, Spraying Systems, The Face Place and Walkingspree.
