Challenge:

First Midwest Bank provides retail and business banking services at more than one hundred branches throughout the Chicago area, as well as downstate Illinois, northwest Indiana and the Quad Cities. Circumstances prevented the bank from finalizing benefit plan details until fairly late in the year. They needed a quick turnaround to pull everything together in time for open enrollment.

Solution:

Biscom kept pace with the bank’s dynamic environment and seamlessly delivered enrollment guides in custom envelopes with the bank’s signature purple color. We also created a poster to display at the branches and a postcard to be mailed home to make sure both employees and their families were involved in selecting benefits for the year.
