Challenge:

Flying Food Group is a large-scale catering company that provides meals and snacks to leading airlines and retail partners. A new HR team needed help communicating important changes to health care and other benefits to its salaried and hourly workforce.

Solution:

Biscom scripted and produced a PowerPoint presentation about the benefit changes for the new HR team to use in face-to-face employee meetings. We also created annual enrollment guides, rate sheets and enrollment forms for both salaried and hourly employees.
